Growth and Demand Generation Lead - Travel (B2B)
- Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and digital channels
- Own digital marketing performance, large budget optimisation and ROI across multiple international markets
- Drive website optimisation and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics and personalisation
- Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programmes aligned to the B2B buyer journey
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead management, scoring and pipeline performance
- Oversee reporting, attribution and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
- Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing international marketing teams while establishing consistent ways of working across regions
