ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer with a strong design sensibility to join us on a freelance

basis, engaged at an hourly or day rate. You will work within an already established design framework,

helping us produce polished, high-quality assets that reflect the luxury standards of the brands we

partner with.

This is a flexible freelance role — work will not always follow a fixed schedule.

Requests and briefs may come in at various points throughout the working day, and we need someone who is

responsive, adaptable, and able to turn around work efficiently as needs arise.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and apply the existing design strategy developed by our design agency across all social

media assets.

• Collaborate with our in-house photographer to create social assets consistent with our brand

guidelines.

• Produce presentation decks and proposal documents in Adobe InDesign for partner-facing and

internal use.

• Translate AI-generated documents and content into our established design language using

existing InDesign templates.

• Source appropriate images and visual assets online to complement design work, maintaining

brand consistency throughout.

• Uphold a high standard of design quality across all output, ensuring work is on par with the luxury

brands we partner with.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is ESSENTIAL — this will be the primary tool across all deliverables.

• Strong, holistic design sense with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work within and faithfully execute an established brand identity rather than create from scratch.

• Comfortable sourcing imagery online with an understanding of licensing and visual appropriateness.

• Understanding of social media formats and what makes content perform visually across platforms.

• A natural appreciation for luxury aesthetics and a commitment to producing work to the highest standard.

ENGAGEMENT & AVAILABILITY

• Strictly freelance — engaged on an hourly or day rate basis.

• Flexibility is ESSENTIAL. Work requests can come in at any point throughout the day and candidates must be able to respond and deliver promptly.

• This role suits a self-directed individual who can manage their own time while remaining accessible and reactive to briefs as they arise.

• Candidates should be comfortable working independently without day-to-day supervision.
