Senior Complex Litigation Lawyer A leading UK law firm require and experienced Senior Complex Litigation Lawyer to join a nationwide UK law firm within a Corporate and Commercial department dealing with a varied mix of work across both the public sector and private clients, predominately in sectors including health, local government, emergency services and social housing. The team of complex, high value commercial litigators require an ambitious and exceptional commercial litigator with experience of PFI / Projects / Infrastructure disputes or other complex and high value disputes. There will be a varied mix of work including advising on; Operational issues Procurement disputes Design and construction disputes Payment disputes Fire safety disputes Termination disputes. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality and complex disputes work for our public and private sector clients across a range of sectors including health, emergency service, social housing and local government. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded solicitor with experience of advising on disputes relating to PFI contracts or similar forms of public-private partnerships (both pre and post proceedings) who can work very closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in all aspects of litigation in the High Court. The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the partners and other team members. Essential experience of complex and high value disputes, both before and after the commencement of proceedings, Civil Procedure Rules and alternative forms of dispute resolution. Salary to £90,000
