Finance & Operations Administrator - Part Time - London

Location: EC1R 3DA

Rate of Pay: 16 per hour

Working Pattern: 8 hours per week, 1 day a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Foodbuy invoice processing and reconciliation
• Raising and managing purchase orders and invoice approvals
• Maintaining budget trackers and supporting financial reporting processes
• Providing administrative support for HR processes and meetings when required
• Managing Health & Safety, food safety, and compliance documentation
• Menu administration and printing
• Supporting wider operational administration and business processes
• Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
  Producing reports and presentations

Our Ideal candidate:

• Strong experience in finance administration, purchasing, compliance, and operational support.
• An individual who can work autonomously and confidently manage these responsibilities with minimal supervision
