We're looking for a talented Senior (Influencer) Creator Executive who knows how to bring creator campaigns to life – from sourcing and managing talent to coordinating deliverables, building client relationships and measuring results.
This is about managing creators and campaigns, not being the content creator yourself.

Bring Creator Campaigns to Life.
You'll take ownership of multiple creator campaigns, working closely with clients, creators and the wider TSA team to deliver exciting, effective work.
From the initial brief through to creator selection, outreach, gifting, content delivery and reporting, you'll make sure campaigns run smoothly, stay on budget and achieve great results.
You'll also be a trusted contact for clients, proactively spotting opportunities, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping grow our creator network.
Where You'll Make an Impact
• Managing multiple creator campaigns from brief to delivery
• Researching, identifying and approaching creators who are the right fit for each brand
• Building strong relationships with creators and nurturing TSA's growing network
• Owning day-to-day client communications, updates and campaign coordination
• Managing creator gifting campaigns and ensuring a seamless experience
• Coordinating creator events, from invitations and planning through to hosting
• Keeping campaigns on schedule, within budget and focused on client KPIs
• Developing fresh campaign ideas, creative opportunities and ways to grow client accounts
• Monitoring creator performance and producing clear, tailored client reports
• Anticipating challenges, solving problems and keeping projects moving
About You
You're passionate about creator culture, social media and the brands shaping what's next.
You've already gained solid experience delivering creator or influencer campaigns and are ready for a role with more ownership, responsibility and client exposure.
You're organised, creative, commercially aware and confident managing multiple moving parts without losing sight of the details.
You'll ideally bring:
• 2+ years' experience in creator marketing, social media marketing or a closely related role
• Hands-on experience managing creator campaigns from brief to delivery
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
• Experience researching, selecting and building relationships with creators
• Confidence managing client communications and expectations
• Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Strong written communication, copywriting and presentation skills
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and reporting against KPIs
• Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and everyday marketing tools
• A proactive, collaborative approach and plenty of creative ideas
Experience with Google Analytics would be a bonus.
Above all, you'll bring positive energy, initiative and a genuine enthusiasm for the creator marketing industry.
