Create bespoke analysis, dashboards and frameworks to help shape and define the solutions to these problems and shape the future business strategy.
Discover insights from data and formulate strategies to answer the big questions and address key business questions.
Work with data engineering to design and build data models for your domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement your strategies in the market effectively.
Build and implement RCTs to test and refine hypotheses. Example: In what order should customers be introduced to products?
Contribute to central Data initiatives (quality, lineage, forecasting, AI insights).
Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, and continuously identify further opportunities for enhancement.
What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)
Must-haves
Ability to understand and work with numbers effectively.
Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and SQL (Python is welcome).
Inquisitive and truth-seeking attitude, with an inclination to challenge the status quo.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Experience working with business leaders and translating ambiguous needs into structured data solutions.
Can-be-learnts
