  • Advanced MS Project planning skills and strong experience using JIRA within large transformation programmes.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies and end-to-end delivery lifecycles.

  • Proven experience managing programme dependencies, critical paths, and integrated delivery schedules.

  • Significant hands-on RAID management experience within complex Oracle transformation programmes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience operating across large and complex delivery organisations.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills with experience supporting programme boards, sponsors, and senior leadership teams.

  • Ability to work independently within fast-paced and complex programme environments.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting ERP-enabled shared services transformations.

  • Experience working within complex third-party supplier and system integrator environments.

  • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and governance frameworks.

  • Experience supporting Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM transformation programmes.

  • Existing SC Clearance is highly desirable.
