Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Solicitor

The Role You will manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury and medical negligence files from instruction through to conclusion, dealing with a broad range of complex matters while delivering an exceptional standard of client care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of personal injury and medical negligence claims from inception to conclusion
- Assessing liability and quantum, gathering evidence and reviewing medical records
- Liaising with medical experts, counsel and other professionals
- Drafting court documents, pleadings and legal correspondence
- Negotiating settlements and advising clients throughout the litigation process
- Representing clients at mediations, settlement meetings and court hearings where required
- Ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Keeping up to date with developments in personal injury and clinical negligence law
About You
The successful candidate will:- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE
- Have solid experience handling claimant personal injury and medical negligence matters
- Be confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills
- Deliver outstanding client care with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
