Marketing & Partnerships Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing & Partnerships Assistant will support the Marketing team in the planning, coordination and execution of seasonal marketing activities across retail, wholesale and international markets. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, retail locations and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Coordination & Administration
Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, assisting with the delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting notes where required.
Support the management of marketing calendars, presentations, reports and departmental documentation.
Assist with document preparation, presentations and general office administration.
Coordinate marketing deliveries, samples and departmental logistics.
Maintain records of marketing collateral and promotional materials held within Head Office.
Support communication and collaboration between departments, stores, wholesale partners and international markets.
Campaign Support & Reporting
Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of global marketing campaigns and seasonal brand initiatives.
Support the creation, distribution and management of marketing assets, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, presentations and ad-hoc marketing updates.
Collect, organise and analyse campaign data to support reporting and performance tracking.
Monitor project timelines and follow up on actions to ensure key deadlines are achieved.
Conduct competitor and market research, providing relevant insights and recommendations.
Manage and maintain marketing trackers, including promotional stock and Gift with Purchase (GWP) activity.
Assist with invoice processing and budget tracking where required.
International & China Marketing Support
Provide dedicated support to the China Marketing team, ensuring effective coordination between Head Office and local stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact between Head Office and China-based teams and external partners.
Support the localisation, translation and adaptation of marketing materials, presentations and communications for the Chinese market.
Assist with the delivery, tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns and assets for the China market.
Conduct market and competitor research to support regional marketing activity.
Support international marketing projects, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy.
Brand, Retail & Event Support
Support the planning and delivery of retail marketing activity, events, partnerships and brand initiatives.
Assist with guest list management and event administration for store events, activations, trunk shows and other brand experiences.
Coordinate communication with stores to ensure campaigns and activations are executed effectively.
Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across marketing communications, presentations and materials.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake additional duties and projects as reasonably required by the business.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
Previous experience within a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, Administrative or Coordination role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and external partners.
An interest in fashion, luxury retail and brand marketing.
Experience supporting events, campaigns or project coordination is advantageous.
Fluent English required.
Mandarin Chinese language skills and knowledge of the Chinese market would be highly advantageous.
Experience within luxury fashion, lifestyle or retail brands is desirable.
