The Role: The Engine of Our Marketing Team

We are looking for a motivated, hyper-organized Marketing Coordination Intern to join our London office. This isn't your typical "creative-only" internship; this is a role for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the "how" as much as the "what."

You will be the central hub of our marketing operations, ensuring that our global events, awards, and logistics run with surgical precision. If you find satisfaction in a perfectly managed spreadsheet and enjoy the challenge of juggling complex timelines, you will thrive here.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Operational Mastery & Coordination (The Core)

  • Command the Data: Act as the primary owner of our event and award tracking systems (Excel/Google Sheets), ensuring every deadline is captured and met.

  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Oversee the lifecycle of marketing materials—from maintaining the "marketing cupboard" to coordinating international shipments with couriers and vendors.

  • Financial Administration: Act as the bridge between Marketing and Finance; logging invoices, tracking contracts, and ensuring vendors are paid on time.

  • Digital Architecture: Maintain a pristine digital filing system so the global team can access assets and contracts instantly.

2. Event & Award Management

  • Timeline Execution: Track and trigger entries for industry awards and conferences, ensuring smartTrade is always in the running for top honors.

  • Vendor Relations: Liaise with external suppliers for booths, business cards, and promotional collateral to ensure high-quality delivery.

3. Marketing & Design Support

  • Brand Asset Management: Ensure all physical and digital brand materials are up-to-date and distributed correctly across our global offices.

  • Design Assistance: Support the team with light design tasks (business cards, campaign visual tweaks) using Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you need to be someone who genuinely enjoys organization and process . We are looking for:

  • The Architect: You love a good system. You are proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and know how to keep data clean.

  • The Multi-Tasker: You can pivot from tracking an invoice to shipping a booth to New York without breaking a sweat.

  • The Communicator: You have excellent written and spoken English and feel comfortable chasing vendors or briefing internal teams.

  • The Perfectionist: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality. Details like shipping addresses and award deadlines matter to you.

  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign) or experience with CRM/Event Management tools.
