IN A NUTSHELL

We’re hiring our first-ever Head of International Wholesale - a pivotal new role that will lead the charge in developing B2B relationships globally; selecting strategic partners and driving joint business plans with them to maximise the potential of Bulk in wholesale channels. You’ll work directly with our COO, CEO, and International Director to shape the vision, define the markets that matter, and build a roadmap for sustainable growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Partner with our C-suite and International Director to develop and align the international wholesale strategy
  • Identify key partners, and growth opportunities for Bulk’s wholesale business
  • Help design and execute go-to-market plans in new territories, working with the International Director to develop the playbook for each region
  • Be the face of the brand with potential new partners, clearly articulating the opportunities and benefits of working with Bulk
  • Manage and negotiate with distributors, retailers, and partners to drive brand penetration in those markets to achieve consistent, profitable growth
  • Tenaciously define, drive and execute plans for Bulk to become a major player in international wholesale
  • Define and track performance metrics, using data to inform decisions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience launching or leading international wholesale or distribution strategies - ideally in sports nutrition or a high-growth FMCG brand
  • Commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A born salesperson with the ability to build a compelling commercial narrative with partners
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
  • Global mindset with experience navigating cultural and regulatory differences across regions
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from the ground up
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills

HOURS: 9-5.30pm, however, will require occasional outside-working-hours depending on client needs/relationships

LOCATION: London HQ (hybrid: 3 days in), with travel as necessary
