What You'll Do
- Advise on high-stakes technology transactions — from multi-jurisdictional carve-outs and outsourcings to collaborations and digital platform builds.
- Work directly with senior executives and global in-house teams to help design, negotiate and deliver strategic technology projects.
- Collaborate with market-leading lawyers in corporate, IP, antitrust, finance and tax to structure transformative deals.
- Mentor junior lawyers and play a visible role in business development, client events and thought leadership initiatives.
- 2-5 years' PQE (flexible) at a leading international or top-tier firm.
- Experience across IT outsourcing, technology procurement, business separations or digital projects.
- Sharp drafting skills, commercial judgment, and confidence managing your own workstreams.
- Strong academics and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
