We have a fantastic opportunity for an entry level Media Executive to join our growing team in London working across Media planning and buying: TV, print, radio and outdoor, Audio Visuals and Podcasts . How you’ll make an impact?

You will work closely with the Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Media. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in a fast paced and varied role.

Responsibilities:

• Optimising offline media campaigns, using data and making recommendations
• Planning and media admin tasks (use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS)
• Analysing all client and media owner outputs
• Regular contact with media owners
• Highlighting invoice queries and raise to line manager
• Spot matching and schedules
• Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
• Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
• Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
• Checking insertions against media schedules and update
• Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
• Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns

• Great attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills

• Brilliant verbal and written communication skills

• Meeting deadlines and prioritising workload

• A passion for the media industry – commercial media

• Adaptability and flexibility

• Analytical, good with numeracy and enjoys working with data and excel

• Strong team player but should also work independently

• Quick learner, who loves a challenge
