Due to a significant increase in high-quality leads generated from well-established HNW estate agency brands across the M25, we are now looking to recruit 5–10 experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker professionals.

Overview – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (HNW Clients)

As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, you will be based full-time in the Mayfair office, working Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00), handling a consistent pipeline of 10–12 new mortgage leads per week.

These leads are generated exclusively by some of London’s most reputable estate agency brands within the M25, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality business and exceptional high earnings potential.

You will work alongside an established and high-performing team of mortgage advisor and mortgage broker professionals, delivering expert mortgage advice both face-to-face and via telephone or video platforms such as Teams and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert whole-of-market advice as a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker to HNW and UHNW clients

• Manage 10–12 new mortgage leads per week, all provided by premium estate agency partners

• Conduct client meetings in the Mayfair office, as well as remotely via telephone and video consultations

• Convert leads into business, achieving an average of 2–3 mortgage completions per week

• Handle an average loan size of £420,000, with case values circa £1,800 per case

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and protection specialists

• Refer protection business and earn 40% of API, enhancing overall high earnings potential

• Deliver a professional, compliant, and client-focused service at all times

• Realistic OTE of £60,000 – £80,000 in Year 1

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – essential

• CAS status preferred

• Experience delivering whole-of-market advice is highly desirable

• Background dealing with HNW or UHNW clients advantageous

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• Professional presentation and approach suited to a Mayfair-based clientele

• Clean credit history and strong compliance awareness
