SEN Teacher - Full Time (PMLD School)

Pay: Paid to scale + SEN allowance
A highly regarded Special Needs School in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. The school supports pupils aged 3-19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical needs .
The Role- Deliver tailored, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex SEN needs
- Plan, assess and monitor individual progress
- Adapt teaching to support diverse learning and communication needs
- Work within a multi-disciplinary and supportive team
- Positive, proactive and resilient attitude
- Strong commitment to special education and inclusion
- Experience in SEN or transferable mainstream teaching
- Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching approaches
- Reflective practitioner with a focus on continuous development
- Supportive and cooperative team environment
