This opportunity is suited to a lawyer with a strong track record advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

The firm is recognised for advising on complex public and private M&A transactions across multiple sectors and has been ranked among the leading global M&A practices.

The team acts for major private equity sponsors, financial investors and portfolio companies, providing excellent exposure to sponsor-led transactions and investment work.

Description

you will advise on:

• Private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals
• UK and cross-border M&A transactions
• Corporate restructurings and portfolio company matters
• Management equity arrangements
• Joint ventures and strategic investments
• General corporate advisory work

Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will have significant client exposure and responsibility for supervising junior team members on transactions.

Profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 6 years' PQE gained at a leading international, US, or recognised UK law firm
• Strong experience across M&A and Private Equity transactions
• Excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills

Job Offer

• FTC contract.
• Salary of £200,000 to £200,000 dependent on the level of experience.
