On-the-Go Mechanic

We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Mechanic to bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: A base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Opt-in for guaranteed overtime after your first month, earning £30 per hour for extra rest days.
- Flexible Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Tools for Success: Receive your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostics directly to customers.
- Engage with customers, providing advice and representing the organization with pride.
- Manage stock, reporting, and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Think on your feet to make the right decisions for each unique situation.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
