5257 BARNES: Daily Nanny (4 days/week, Monday-Thursday) for 2 children; B4 & G6 years --- summer start, driver essential £££+

= Hours: 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), 07:45 - 17:30 (approx. 9.5 hours per day)

Professional clients in Barnes are seeking a super, Daily Nanny to support them with their two children: B4 & G6 years.
The family have had wonderful consistency to date with a much-loved Norland Nanny for the past 3.5 years. However, they will be leaving this summer to go in to pastures new and would love someone of equal calibre and experience.

Their daughter, who has an autism diagnosis, is in mainstream school and their son will start Reception this coming September. With both children at the same school, it is a straight-forward school run, with just some different timings to navigate. The school run is approx. a 10-minute drive away from the family's home and a confident London driver is an essential requirement for the role.

Full nursery duties expected; including planning fun, engaging activities and gentle daytrips in the holidays when the children are not in school.

Importantly, this role is for someone who enjoys and will embrace working with school age children, and happy to support with Nanny/PA type duties. This role is for working parents, who need cover around their work schedules, so although the children are at school, the hours include full days, to ensure they are supported with not only wrap around care but during sickness and cover outside of term-time.

There are minimal additional requirements outside of the core working hours, but our clients would love two nights per month of babysitting (paid extra), and potentially 2-3 weeks of travel cover in the summer to the USA. This isn’t a deal breaker, but if the new nanny could support with this travel, it would be hugely appreciated.

With two cats at the family home, a pet friendly candidate is also a key requirement. The family reside close to Barnes station, with their home a short 15-minute walk away.
