The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or have prior experience in logistics or a similar area. Excellent written, verbal, listening, and communication skills are necessary, along with being organized, a self-starter, and a quick learner. A passion for logistics and continuous improvement is imperative.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage warehouse and transportation activities, maintaining daily contact with CMOs, market warehouses, and stakeholders regarding shipments and queries. You will oversee the inbound product flow from CMOs in collaboration with our nominated Logistics Service Provider (LSP), and monitor the logistics provider's delivery of service, reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will develop GDP quality knowledge, ensure compliance in distribution activities, and support improvement projects with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing LSP inventory controls, tracking import permits, preparing destruction approval reports, ensuring customs compliance, and controlling sample deliveries.
