SW19 - Wimbledon (2 to 3 days per week in the office)
As National Account Manager – Sainsbury’s, you will lead Coty’s commercial strategy across one of the UK’s most important grocery retail partners—representing a high-volume, fast-paced channel for Coty’s brands, including Adidas, Rimmel, Bourjois and Sally Hansen.

This is a highly numbers-driven role, focused on delivering volume growth, improving distribution, optimising promotions, and ensuring best-in-class execution across hundreds of doors, with a strong emphasis on performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
You will be reporting to the Commercial Leadership Team, and you will manage:

Drive impactful launch strategies and distribution expansion to maximise reach and performance across the estate
Negotiation and Commercial Performance
Lead negotiations on listings, pricing, promotions, and space, with a clear focus on driving volume, revenue, and market share growth
Optimise promotional strategies to balance volume delivery with profitability and ROI
Leverage data, insights, and store-level performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Track performance rigorously and translate insights into clear actions to improve distribution, availability, and sell-out
Act as the voice of Sainsbury’s internally, ensuring strong alignment and focus on key performance drivers
Financial Ownership and Operational Excellence
Own full P&L for Sainsbury’s, delivering against sales, profit, and market share targets
Manage accurate forecasting aligned to promotional cycles, seasonal peaks, and trading plans
Optimise investment strategy to maximise ROI and deliver strong commercial returns
Ensure excellence in execution across availability, supply chain, and in-store presence, minimising lost sales opportunities
