The role
To enhance the usability, design, and functionality of the Freshservice ITSM portal, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient experience for end users, while improving overall service delivery and operational performance.
Contract Duration:
3 months (with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current Freshservice portal configuration and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and user feedback.
- Customise the portal layout, branding, and navigation to align with company standards.
- Implement automation workflows and service catalogue enhancements.
- Optimise the self-service experience, including knowledge base integration and ticket submission flows.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience with Freshservice.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
- Experience in portal design, UX/UI optimization, and workflow automation.
- Experience using automation platforms would be extremely beneficial.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
