The role - Teaching Assistant

• Full-time Teaching Assistant role within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Working closely with the class teacher to support daily lessons.
• Providing one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role

• Minimum 6 months' recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Confident supporting children with SEN and EAL.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to support pupil development.
