Join us as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in driving the success of your centre. You’ll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. • On-target earnings up to £45,422
• Comprising a base salary of £33,481 - £36,322
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £9,100 per year.

Skills and experience

• Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
• Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
• A current valid driving licence
