HR Manager | Leading Primary School | Richmond upon Thames
A leading primary school in Richmond upon Thames is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded school that prides itself on creating an exceptional working environment for its staff. You'll work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager to lead the HR function, ensuring the school continues to attract, develop, and retain outstanding employees.
The Role
As HR Manager, you'll provide both strategic and operational HR leadership across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment and onboarding
Leading employee relations and HR casework
Developing HR policies and procedures
Managing contracts, payroll changes, and HR systems
Supporting staff wellbeing and engagement
Advising senior leaders on employment legislation
Ensuring safer recruitment and compliance
