The care home offers elegant accommodation for up to 80-residents along with outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care.Now, we are looking for trainee Care Assistants - people who might never have worked in care before but feel drawn to it. • £12.70 per hour
• Contracted or flexible hours - up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)
• Full training provided - no prior experience needed
• Four-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy
• Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff

Your Role:You'll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You'll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance.
