We are on the search for an enthusiastic and highly organised Social Content Coordinator to join our dynamic Social and Community team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for social trends, passion for brilliant copywriting and seamless coordination skills. You will be instrumental in bringing our brand’s voice and vision to life across all social channels, working closely with the creative team. The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Connect the Social and Creative teams acting as an integral link between the teams, ensuring flawless communication and supporting asset delivery from briefing to delivery.
  • Support Social Content Manager with the development of creative asset briefs to support all new product launches, events, reactivations and always-on campaigns delivering best-in-class creative content.
  • Support Social Content Manager with efficient creative content feedback and sign-offs on Asana for all Design and Video assets from the Creative team.
  • Leading the charge in fostering excellent collaboration between the social and copy teams, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Take the lead on elevating the tone of voice for both Trinny London (the brand) and Trinny Woodall (the person)’s social media channels. Coordinate the overall copy workload for the Social team, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality of output is consistently high.
  • Craft compelling and engaging copy for all social channels, including detailed YouTube copywriting that is informed search optimisation trends to maximise discoverability.
  • Support the current Social Content Coordinator with prompt and flawless daily publishing across all social channels, rotating the responsibilities between you.
  • Be the dedicated expert for our brand LinkedIn channel, planning strategic content, creating assets and overseeing all channel development.
  • Provide hands-on support with content creation, such as low-fi asset capturing, short-form video editing and shooting reactive content.
  • Provide support for various special brand projects through copywriting, asset planning, research and project management support.
  • Support the team by reporting on KPIs and asset performance insights, helping to inform the social content strategy.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging social media trends and viral content, identifying opportunities to adapt brand content or create new, reactive assets.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in social media, content planning, or copy, ideally for a brand in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods. You've achieved entry-level skills and are passionate about our industry.
  • A proven ability to assist in planning and delivering engaging, social-first assets that help drive conversations and extend our reach.
  • A solid understanding of current social media trends, popular platforms, and what makes content resonate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable executing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and eager to learn and grow within the social media landscape. You are task-driven and committed to getting things done.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage content schedules, track assets, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Capable of helping to track social media performance.
  • A willingness and capability to provide hands-on support.
