The Role:

Social Media Content Creator/Manager

Sector: Health and Fitness

Type: Permanent

Location: City of London

Direct Reports: None

Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. The company work's from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and from home Monday and Friday, please note these are set days.

We’re looking for a talented and energetic social media content creator with a passion for fitness, digital storytelling, and community engagement. In this role, you'll lead the charge in growing a dynamic fitness brand’s presence across digital platforms, creating engaging content for both organic and paid social, and being a visible face of the brand online.

This is a hands-on, on-camera role perfect for someone who’s comfortable in front of the lens and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content, ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments, interacting with followers, and fostering brand loyalty.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging video content using mobile editing tools (e.g. CapCut).
  • Be the face of the brand, regularly appearing in front of the camera.
  • Film, edit, and create compelling product content: demos, tutorials, user stories, and feature highlights.
  • Collaborate on storytelling that brings the fitness brand’s mission and products to life.

Performance & Optimisation:

  • Monitor content performance and social KPIs, using insights to optimise future content and paid ad creatives.
  • Adapt and iterate quickly based on what resonates with the audience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Comfortable presenting on camera and engaging authentically with an online audience.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a creative flair.
  • Familiarity with the fitness or wellness space is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Fast content turnaround posting daily across multiple platforms and creating edits.
  • Skilled in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
  • Experience with Canva and/or Photoshop for visual design.
  • Ability to create scroll-stopping video and static ads for direct-to-consumer brands, with a focus on clear hooks and high conversion.
