Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a London-based Principal. This is a versatile role designed for a proactive individual who excels at managing daily logistics and ensuring the Principal’s schedule runs with maximum efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Logistics & Mobility Support

• Mobility Management: Act as the primary point of transportation for the Principal in London. This involves professional driving, meticulous route planning, and ensuring the vehicle is always in peak condition.
• Itinerary Support: Manage the daily flow of appointments and social engagements, ensuring punctual arrivals and seamless transitions.
• Travel Coordination: Provide essential on-the-ground support during domestic and international trips, including airport transfers and local logistics.

Personal & Operational Assistance

• Lifestyle Support: Execute a variety of daily errands, procurement tasks, and lifestyle-related administrative duties.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Handle diverse requests with a solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Language: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
• Driving: A valid UK Driving Licence with a clean record. Must be a confident and safe driver with good knowledge of London.
