Boutique Central London Salary - up to £30,000 per year + great commission & uniform allowance We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join a prestigious luxury boutique specialising in high-quality cashmere and luxury knitwear. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer experience and consistently high levels of service. Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Support the wider team in maintaining excellent visual and operational standards. Stay knowledgeable about products, collections and brand values. Actively contribute to the success and commercial performance of the store. About You: Previous experience in retail, ideally within premium or luxury fashion. Confident, personable and customer-focused. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven with a genuine passion for achieving targets. A proactive and positive team player. Well-presented with a professional approach.
