Agency Chef - Mon to Fri, City of London
Experienced chefs of all levels for flexible work across central London, joining a contract catering division. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with the option to work evenings and weekends with the events team. Working in various kitchens across London, including staff restaurants, hospitality kitchens, executive and director dining, and production kitchens.
Remuneration: hourly paid; Chef de Partie £16.51 to £18.00 per hour (£18.50 to £20.17 per hour inclusive of holiday); Sous Chef from £19.50 per hour (£21.85 per hour inclusive of holiday); weekly paid.
Times of work: Monday to Friday; working hours 7/8am till 3/4pm; evening functions — some sites will have doubles for evening functions; weekend and/or evening work also available with the events team.
What and where: hospitality, directors dining and fine dining; main kitchen and pastry kitchen; staff restaurant for all sizes of office catering. Clients are based throughout London to suit your home or work location.
Experience and requirements: relevant chef experience, fresh food and volume; minimum 3 years' experience needed at Chef de Partie level.
Licence and certifications: Level 2 Food Safety Certificate; Allergen Training Certificate; your own presentable chef whites, hat, apron, and full-back enclosed safety shoes; right to work in the UK.
