Are you an ambitious private wealth specialist looking for a high-impact leadership role within a forward-thinking firm? A market-leading Top 10 accountancy practice in London is appointing a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its rapidly expanding private wealth division.

This practice stands out for its strategic investment in AI and modern tax tech, driving a clear shift away from routine compliance toward complex advisory, high-value planning, and direct partner-track progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Wealth Structuring: Lead complex private client tax advisory engagements across IHT, CGT, international tax residency, non-domiciled structuring, and family wealth preservation.

• Portfolio Leadership: Oversee a high-profile portfolio of UHNWIs, family offices, and complex private trusts, maintaining full accountability for WIP, billing, and commercial profitability.

• Team Development: Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Managers and junior specialists, managing workflow distribution and technical sign-offs.

• Practice Expansion: Partner directly with leadership on business development initiatives, leveraging internal networks and external intermediary channels to drive practice growth.

About You

• Qualifications: CTA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience: Extensive private client tax background gained within an accountancy practice (Top 10/20, Big 4, or specialist private client boutique).

• Technical Depth: Demonstrable track record in delivering bespoke private client advisory solutions and managing complex UHNW relationships.

• Leadership: Strong supervisory and people management skills, with proven capability in coaching team members and driving commercial performance.

• Level: Established Senior Managers, or high-performing Private Client Tax Managers ready for a step up, are strongly encouraged to apply.
