Administration Officer
Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Administration Officer
Kingsmead, London
£31,214 - £32,857 per year
40 hours per week
We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Estates Services team based at Kingsmead, London. As an Administration Officer you will provide quality support for the Estates Services function by raising works orders, handling orders and queries and providing information to internal and external customers.
The role of Administration Officer will include:
- Delivering, maintaining and monitoring effective and efficient administrative systems
- Monitoring, managing and answering queries from customers, suppliers and contractors
- Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managers
- Supporting the Estates Team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
- Delivering services to the appropriate KPI's and service standards, responding effectively and efficiently working to deadlines and targets
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience of administration relating to customer services and complaints
- Some experience of working with data, including inputting and updating databases
- A team player with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Proven experience of working to deadlines with the ability to prioritise your own workload
