Senior Resident Communications Manager Housing
Our client is a leading affordable housing provider, supporting approximately 100,000 residents across 57,000 homes, with a development pipeline of 5,000 new properties. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to offer safe, secure, and affordable homes, enabling residents to live well.

The Role: Senior Internal Communications ManagerWe are seeking an exceptional communications professional to join our client’s Corporate Affairs team, based in either Farringdon, London or Beeston, Nottingham . This is a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation communicates with its 2,000 colleagues and builds trust and engagement across the workforce.

As Senior Internal Communications Manager , you will:
- Lead the internal communications strategy to enhance colleague engagement.
- Manage and develop internal communication channels.
- Work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Collaborate with other communications functions.
- Directly manage a team and contribute to the wider Corporate Affairs strategy.
You’ll bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a solutions-focused mindset to deliver impactful communications that resonate across the organisation.
About the Corporate Affairs TeamCorporate Affairs plays a central role in delivering the organisation’s strategy by:
- Supporting service delivery through clear, respectful communication with residents.
- Providing insight into public perception and stakeholder sentiment.
- Using data, polling, and benchmarking to inform decisions.
- Influencing behaviour, policy, and public discourse on behalf of residents.
