Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

The Role
We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our Media Squad to help us with this continuing mission. At Lyst we champion great design and creativity, and know that our ambitious plans to create a unique offering that thrills fashion lovers relies on us having great visuals. In this role you will work as part of the Branded Content tribe, but also work closely with the wider Lyst Centralised Design Chapter that crosses the whole business. You will work closely with the VP Partnerships to bring our partner assets and content to life through innovative and exciting visual design and forward thinking content experiences.
R esponsibilities:
- Work closely with the content and Centralised Design team to create impactful visual assets that bring to life our content across multiple channels
- Work with the content team on image sourcing as part of the asset creation
- Maintain our creative and visual direction, ensuring all our visual assets reflect the Lyst brand
- Become a Lyst ambassador for all things creative, championing and supporting great design across the business
- Play a pivotal role in setting the foundation of the media design function including various internal and external facing materials
- In collaboration with brand, create an archive of approved imagery to be used within our sales and marketing materials
- Maintain our internal keynote/google slide templates, keeping it updated with our brand expression.
- Be heavily involved with the media team’s pitching, production and delivery process resulting in the creation of native co-branded assets
- Work with the Product team to help us best position content throughout our experiences
- Use design as a medium to further position Lyst as a future facing tech company with innovation at the heart of our content materials and solutions
Requirements
- You’re highly creative and taste-driven, with an authentic love for design, fashion and culture
- You’re versatile and agile, able to prove fast and work at speed, but also work collaboratively and change direction when needed
- Motivated by the challenge and opportunity to be part of the team to reimagine the future of shoppable fashion content
- Organised, self motivated and able to hit the ground running
- Highly collaborative with the ability to distribute work as part of a wider design function
- You possess the ability to identify opportunities through design that lead to higher customer engagement and impact across our platforms
- Interest in developing your skills as a designer. You will have ambition and want to grow with our squad.
- Some previous experience in graphic design or similar, in-house, publisher or agency setting
- Experience creating high-quality, impactful visuals including assets for both print and digital
- Ability to work to a high level of speed, accuracy and quality with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Web design development or motion is a plus!
- Comfortable working in a ‘test and learn’ environment
- Creative design portfolio (online or PDF)

- Cycle-to-Work Scheme: Lyst will purchase a bicycle from your chosen retailer, you will then receive a voucher to pick up your bicycle from them.
- Transport Season Ticket Loan: Employees can apply for an interest free season ticket loan to support your travel to work.
