Senior Project Manager

One of London’s top construction consultancies is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their sociable but hardworking commercial fit-out team. This role will be focused mainly on CAT A & CAT B fit-out with occasional shell & core work. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Project Management Consultancy working in the fit-out sector. However, the client will consider applications from candidates with alternative backgrounds providing they have relevant experience.


Providing internal fit out for finance companies, legal companies and large corporates, this role will involve working on projects from 20,000 square foot to spaces in the hundreds of thousands of square feet. As Senior Project Manager you would be expected to lead some of the smaller projects and be an integral part of the team whilst working on larger projects, reporting into the Associate Director.


It is incredibly important that all candidates must have a strong understanding of the project management process, construction teams and the subsequent roles and responsibilities surrounded in a consultant project management role. Furthermore, candidates will have experience delivering projects from pre-construction phase through to practical completion. Contract administration experience is essential.


On offer is a basic salary of up to £70,000 plus an extensive benefits package, including bonus scheme.
