Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory projects including transactions, reorganisations, and due diligence
• Design and implement employee share schemes (EMI, CSOP, growth shares)
• Advise on M&A, including reviewing SPAs, tax covenants, and disclosures
• Support corporate restructurings such as demergers and capital reductions
• Deliver HMRC clearances and advise on Employee Ownership Trusts
• Work on international structuring and cross-border transactions
• Collaborate with corporate finance and other specialist teams
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
• Expertise in share schemes and UK tax technical matters

• Strong experience in corporate tax, M&A, and due diligence

• Commercial, client-focused, and confident communicating complex issues
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work
