About the role/school

Teach Plus are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and diverse 3-form entry, 'Good' primary school in Greenford, Ealing, for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The school is vibrant, with excellent facilities, including an onsite swimming pool available for both staff and pupils. Behaviour is generally good, and children are motivated and happy to learn. Staff at the school benefit from excellent training and development opportunities, making this an ideal role for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to progress.

You will work three days per week, covering Computing lessons across KS1 and KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant who enjoys leading classes and delivering engaging lessons.

Job Responsibilities

Cover and deliver Computing lessons across KS1 and KS2

Manage the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment

Support children of all abilities to access the curriculum

Work collaboratively with teachers and school leaders to ensure high standards of teaching and learning

Act as a role model and demonstrate a professional attitude within the school community

Qualifications/Experience

Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting

Confidence in covering whole classes across KS1 and KS2

Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

Right to work in the UK
