  • Collaborate with experienced consultants and developers on real-world projects.
  • Participate in workshops, training, and certifications to build your technical and consulting skills.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape the future of our Microsoft practice.

We're committed to supporting your growth and development, providing you with access to training opportunities, on-the-job learning experiences, and support and guidance from our development manager and buddy system. We believe in investing in our team members and providing a nurturing environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.

Skills required:

  • A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data or a related field.
  • We're looking for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving
  • Ideally you will have experience in a business environment e.g. professional internship or a placement within industry or consulting
  • You should be able to think in a structured and logical manner, and have a highly numerate and inquisitive mindset
  • Ideally you are creative, a confident listener and good communicator with an open perspective
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools or platforms is a plus but not required.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Freedom and support: Here at BearingPoint, our Hybrid policy gives you the power to choose what environment you are most comfortable working in. Whether it be in our London office, or at home, our employees dictate their own mode of working that’s right for them.
