Property Administrator
Our client is a property development and residential landlord company seeking an experienced Property Administrator to provide diverse and proactive support to their small team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years administrative experience to assist the team with various property and financial administration tasks, be enthusiastic, articulate, have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000
Hours 9am -5:30pm, 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
The Role:
- Liaise with tenants, contractors and suppliers
- Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form, scheduling maintenance and organise regular legislative checks on properties.
- Data entry and update of in house databases and general office administration including rent arrears and rent reconciliation.
- Assist the property manager
- Deposit protection / release
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required and keep on track carrying out all tasks as required.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a property environment
- Proficient communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, calm, flexible approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ideally holds a full driving licence and own vehicle but not essential.
- Ideally lives locally.
