Bookings Administrator
We are on the lookout for a super-organised and guest-focused Bookings Administrator to join our Sales team.
We are a fun-loving pétanque bar where guests escape the city and enjoy a little slice of a French park. Our first UK venue opened in Summer 2023 and we now have two central venues. We need someone to ensure every group booking runs like clockwork.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, from answering enquiries and managing our booking systems, to leading venue visits and liaising with the service teams. Your role will focus on ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient booking experience for groups and events of all sizes.
What you’ll be doing:
Responding to booking enquiries quickly and professionally
Managing our booking system and waitlist, keeping all details accurate
Sending confirmations and pre-event information to guests
Supporting the Sales and Venue teams with administration and diary management
Hosting venue visits and tours
Liaising with venue managers to ensure all bookings run smoothly
Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
What we’re looking for:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with booking software and Google Suite
A positive, can-do attitude and love for hospitality
Enjoys working in a small, friendly team
