The Work

• Lead and support the hourly team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain high operational standards and ensure the facility is well-maintained
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Execute shift management meetings, enforcing safety and operations standards
• Provide exemplary customer service and coach others to do the same
• Administer and authorise employee functions requiring manager approval
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• Must be 18 years or older with GCSEs or equivalent
• Proven experience (3+ years) in restaurant or retail management
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desirable

• Experience with Raising Cane's systems and culture
• Fluency in additional languages
