Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate - Employment
- Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Advise clients on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, and senior exits.
- Support Corporate and Commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions and M&A.
- Manage employment tribunal matters from inception to conclusion.
- Build strong client relationships and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

- Strong experience in employment law and advising employer clients.
- Experience managing their own caseload.
- Employment tribunal and dispute management experience.
- Experience advising on TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
