Customer Service Advisor
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing and issuing quotations in accordance with company pricing structures and customer agreements.
- Processing customer orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reviewing orders to ensure compliance with quotations and agreed delivery commitments.
- Liaising with customers regarding order progress, delivery schedules and product availability.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of customer care.
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products, services and solutions.
- Working closely with internal departments including Purchasing, Stores, Engineering, Workshop, Dispatch and Accounts to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Supporting the achievement of branch and departmental objectives.
- Adhering to Hydrasun's Quality and HSE Management Systems and procedures. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service whilst identifying opportunities to support sales growth., Previous experience within an internal sales, customer service, account management or commercial environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Good organisational and workload planning skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
- Educated to Standard Grade level (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics., Experience working within an engineering, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, or technical product environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- S/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Customer Service.
