Salary: up to £40,000 depending on skills and experience

Are you passionate about creating meaningful early-career opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and organised Apprenticeships Program Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our dynamic apprenticeship programme. From onboarding to monthly engagement events, you’ll ensure each apprentice feels supported, empowered, and inspired throughout their journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship programme – from onboarding to offboarding

• Design and facilitate engaging workshops, spotlight sessions, and leadership talks

• Handle all logistics: book venues, coordinate guest speakers, manage events and communications

• Partner closely with the Programme Manager on process improvements and community-building initiatives

• Manage programme dashboards, timelines, documentation, and apprentice feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement

• Maintain and regularly update the apprenticeship programme website and resources

• Collaborate with a diverse group of internal teams and external partners to ensure programme success

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:

• Experience in programme or project management

• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and Qualtrics (surveys and dashboards)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

• A natural ability to collaborate and bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

• A proven track record of delivering results through impactful programme design and execution

• Experience supporting or leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive mindset

• The confidence to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions forward
