Part-time Housekeeper in Notting Hill, London, Job ID J20815
This family, based in Notting Hill, London, is looking for a Part-time Housekeeper to maintain and organise their property. All general Housekeeping duties are required in this role. They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented housekeeper. Responsibilities include thorough deep cleaning, careful handling of delicate surfaces such as marble and cashmere, and proactively keeping the home clean and organised. The role also involves laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe management. The candidate must be fit and active, able to move between floors while handling equipment carefully to avoid damage, and work alongside a live-in nanny/housekeeper who supports with childcare. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday for 8 hours and Wednesday or Thursday for 8 hours.
Duties include:
- dusting and mopping the floors
- doing the laundry and ironing
- polishing the furniture
- cleaning the windows
- organising and maintaining their wardrobes
- running errands such as grocery shopping
- preparing a variety of healthy meals, following recipes
- dry cleaning
- weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms
- unloading and loading the dishwasher
