Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse - London Fields
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at London Fields.
You will enjoy a varied role providing high-quality, patient- and owner-focused care in our London Fields clinic. It is a bespoke, spacious, and beautifully designed practice. You will play a key part in supporting a new era of veterinary care, where design and cutting-edge technology come together to maximise efficiency, effectiveness, and ease of access for clients and patients alike.
You will lead by example, guiding your team to deliver exceptional clinical and client care alongside a dynamic, highly experienced group. In this unique role, your full skillset and knowledge will be utilised through a combination of leadership, clinical nursing (including Schedule 3 tasks), and nurse-led consultations. We maintain a high RVN-to-Vet ratio to ensure clinical nursing care is truly optimised.
We leverage technology to offer pets and their owners a seamless experience, including our industry leading RVN-led WhatsApp advice and triage. This service has been warmly embraced by clients, ensuring they feel supported with expert guidance right when they need it most.
We are immensely proud of our team and the outstanding care we deliver - just take a look at our Google reviews! For us, providing exceptional care extends to taking care of each other and protecting a healthy work-life balance. We foster a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to flourish by looking out for one another and celebrating every win.
Our clinics are purpose-built to deliver best-in-class care, designed as much for the comfort and workflow of the veterinary team as for pets and their owners. With a deep commitment to our people and a technology-forward mindset, we are building the next generation of general practice veterinary care.
