Music Teacher Role in Islington | Outstanding Ofsted
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Islington to recruit a committed Music Teacher. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for a professional who holds a passion for their work. Responsibilities
Teach engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate subject specialist
Foster a desire in students to explore complex musical concepts and achieve excellence
Support the department in maintaining an outstanding quality of teaching and learning
Contribute to a strong culture of collaborative planning and professional growth
Manage and lead extracurricular activities that inspire a love of performance
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Music and QTS
High standards of professional presentation and musicality
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £40,317 to £62,496 (Inner London)
