Job Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking iGame Product Designer with a strong passion for creating next-generation casino gaming experiences . This is a high-impact, innovation-focused role where you’ll conceptualize and design original game ideas, features, and mechanics that resonate with global players.

You’ll work closely with game producers, developers, and marketing teams to bring bold, engaging, and gaming experiences to life. A deep understanding of player psychology, emerging game trends, and cultural preferences is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in ideation and concept development for new and existing iCasino game products (slots, table games, instant games, etc.)
• Design engaging core game loops, bonus features, and meta-game systems that drive retention and monetization.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and feature documentation to guide development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, artists, and developers to ensure cohesive and high-quality player experiences.
• Champion innovation within the team, experimenting with new game formats and interaction models.
• Incorporate feedback from data, user testing, and regional market insights to refine product designs.
• Ensure products are culturally relevant and appealing to Chinese-speaking audiences.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in game design, ideally in iGaming, mobile, or social casino games.
• Proven experience designing successful game mechanics and features from concept to launch.
• Strong creative and analytical skills – you love to imagine, test, and iterate.
• Excellent understanding of game engagement loops, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Fluent in Chinese preferred – able to understand and integrate regional cultural nuances into game design.
