Managing Director

We're supporting a respected and growing commercial insurance Broker in their search for a Managing Director to lead their Southern region.
This is a pivotal leadership position, offering both strategic influence and operational responsibility. You'll be tasked with driving significant regional growth, leading and developing high-performing teams and representing the business at the highest levels in the market.

The opportunity

• Deliver ambitious growth plans across the South, with a clear focus on new business
• Strengthen and develop introducer and client relationships across the region
• Mentor and coach Account Directors and Executives, embedding a high-performance culture
• Work closely with the Executive team on strategic planning, reporting and delivery
• Act as a senior market representative, raising the profile of the business at industry events

About you

• Proven track record in commercial insurance broking at senior leadership level
• 10+ years' experience in growth leadership, client management, or regional P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership skills - able to inspire, coach and develop teams
• Established network of introducers and clients across the South
• Strategic, commercially focused and execution driven
