Geography Teacher ECT Position - Outstanding School, Enfield

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key stage 3 and 4.
- Commit fully to developing students' understanding of physical and human geography and running engaging fieldwork trips.
- Engage actively with the structured mentoring and CPD opportunities provided to all Early Careers Teachers.
- Maintain a focus on raising the attainment of every student as a dedicated Geography Teacher ECT.
- Work collaboratively with the Humanities faculty to share best practice and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS by January 2026.
- Strong teaching skills with proven ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and parents.
- Seeking a skilled and proficient Geography Teacher ECT who is committed to a tailored, high-support approach.
- Ability to deliver challenging lessons while ensuring all students have equal access to the curriculum.
